By creating an account or using CommsCrew, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

An AI tool that drafts corporate-communications content. Outputs are AI-generated and can be wrong, biased, or inappropriate. Review everything before you publish it — you are responsible for what you publish.

Don’t use CommsCrew to create unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content, and don’t try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or access data that isn’t yours.

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process it — including sending it to our AI provider (Anthropic) — solely to operate the service for you. See the Privacy notice for how data is handled.

CommsCrew is provided “as is” and is experimental. It may change, break, lose data, or shut down at any time. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any damages arising from your use of this free, experimental tool. You use it at your own risk.

We may suspend or close accounts (for example, for abuse or to wind the project down). You can stop using CommsCrew and request deletion of your data at any time.
