Privacy notice

CommsCrew is a solo-built showcase project (the site lives on genmindz.ai). “We” / “us” means the maker of this project.

• Account: your email, name, and a hashed (not plain-text) password.
• Content you create: briefs, drafts and variants, brand-voice settings, organizational facts, executive profiles, comments, and the edits you make.
• Technical: basic logs (IP address, timestamps, error traces) needed to operate and secure the service.

To run the product (generate content, remember your brand and learn from your edits), to keep it working and secure, and to improve it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

When the crew generates or reviews content, your prompts and the relevant context are sent to Anthropic (the AI provider) to produce a response; Anthropic processes that data under its own terms. The app is hosted on AWS and uses a Neon Postgres database. These providers act as our processors — we don’t share your data with anyone else.

We keep your account and content while your account is active. Ask us to delete it and we will, subject to anything we must keep for security or legal reasons.

Depending on where you live — for example the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA) — you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your personal data. Email us (below) and we’ll honor reasonable requests. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Passwords are hashed and traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and this is an experiment — please don’t put highly sensitive information into it.

CommsCrew isn’t directed to children and isn’t intended for anyone under 16 (or under 13 in the US).
